Normally after a shave, I use just cold water. This stuff is great, handles the dryness and burning. It dries and is not greasy either, nor has a in your face smell that won't fight with your after shave. I "wet shave," using shaving soap, a brush, and safety razor. I really like how well this works, I've tried many different post shave creams and usually the good ones are too expensive to keep. I mix it with a moisturizing cream I have, and since both are unscented I added vanilla, just plain vanilla extract. I haven't got anything but good comments on the smell, maybe the vanilla cut the peanut butter scent that was talked about in the other post? ...
